IMPORTANT: By completing your registration and submitting payment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be fully bound by these Terms and Conditions. No further signature is required. Completion of payment constitutes your acceptance of all terms herein.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By registering for and/or participating in The HALO Challenge ('the Challenge'), you ('Participant') agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. Acceptance is confirmed upon completion of payment — no additional signature is required. If you do not agree to these terms, do not register or participate.
2. Eligibility
To participate in The HALO Challenge, you must:
Be 18 years of age or older at the time of registration.
Complete the registration process and submit payment in full.
Agree to all terms and conditions set forth in this document.
Be physically capable of engaging in fitness-related activities. Participants with pre-existing medical conditions are strongly encouraged to consult a licensed physician prior to participating.
3. Registration & Payment
The standard entry fee for The HALO Challenge is $150. An Early Bird rate of $99 may be available for a limited time. Payment must be completed in full at the time of registration through the official registration page at challenge.thedistrictac.com. Registration is considered complete only upon receipt of full payment.
4. No Refund Policy
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. The HALO Challenge has a strict no-refund policy. By completing registration and submitting payment, you acknowledge and agree that:
No refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to: withdrawal from the challenge, personal scheduling conflicts, injury, illness, relocation, or dissatisfaction with the program.
No partial refunds or credits will be provided if a participant fails to complete the challenge or misses any sessions.
In the event the challenge is rescheduled or modified, no refund will be issued; participants will be accommodated in the revised format.
5. Assumption of Risk & Release of Liability
PLEASE READ THIS SECTION CAREFULLY.
Physical fitness activities, including but not limited to live workouts, bootcamps, and any associated activities included in The HALO Challenge, carry inherent risks of injury, illness, or death. Participant voluntarily and knowingly assumes all such risks.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Participant hereby releases, waives, discharges, and covenants not to sue The District AC, The HALO Challenge, its organizers, directors, officers, employees, volunteers, coaches, trainers, affiliate gyms, sponsors, and any other associated individuals or entities (collectively, 'Released Parties') from any and all liability, claims, demands, losses, damages, costs, or causes of action, including but not limited to:
Bodily injury, illness, permanent disability, or death;
Loss or damage to personal property;
Any injury arising from participation in workouts, classes, or any challenge-related activity;
Any injury resulting from the actions, omissions, or negligence of any Released Party, other participants, or third parties.
This release applies whether the injury or damage occurs before, during, or after the challenge period. NO LEGAL ACTION MAY BE BROUGHT AGAINST THE DISTRICT AC, ITS COACHES, TRAINERS, REPRESENTATIVES, OR ANY ASSOCIATED PARTIES AS A RESULT OF PARTICIPATION IN THIS CHALLENGE.
6. No Disparagement & Social Media Policy
Participant agrees to conduct themselves with professionalism and respect at all times, both in person and across all social media platforms. Specifically, Participant agrees that they will NOT:
Post, share, or publish any negative, defamatory, misleading, or disparaging content about The District AC, The HALO Challenge, its coaches, trainers, staff, representatives, or any associated parties on any platform, including but not limited to Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Twitter/X, YouTube, or any other public or private channel.
Publicly 'call out,' harass, slander, or make false claims against any individual or entity associated with the challenge.
Engage in any conduct online or in person that could damage the reputation of The District AC or The HALO Challenge.
Any participant found to be in violation of this policy may be immediately disqualified from the challenge without refund, and may be subject to further legal action for damages caused by such conduct.
7. Medical Disclaimer
The HALO Challenge and its organizers, coaches, and trainers are not licensed medical professionals. Nothing provided as part of this challenge — including workout programming, nutrition protocols, or any other content — constitutes medical advice. Participants are solely responsible for their own health and safety. Participants with any known or suspected medical condition must consult a licensed physician before beginning any fitness program.
8. Prize & Competition Terms
The HALO Challenge awards cash prizes to the top male and female transformations as determined by the organizers. Prize details are as follows:
Male Winner: $1,000 cash prize
Female Winner: $1,000 cash prize
Additional prizes, including hydration packs, may be awarded at the organizers' discretion.
Winners will be evaluated based on overall body transformation, consistency, participation, accountability, and progress throughout the challenge period. The decisions of the judges and organizers are final and binding. The HALO Challenge reserves the right to modify prize offerings at any time with reasonable notice to participants.
To be eligible for a prize, participants must:
Complete the full challenge period.
Submit required before and after photos and documentation as directed.
Meet minimum participation requirements as communicated during the challenge.
9. Program Content & Schedule
The HALO Challenge includes 28+ live classes, nutrition protocols, accountability check-ins, community access, and access to affiliate bootcamps and activities. The schedule, class times, and content are subject to change at the organizers' discretion. Participants will be notified of any material changes through the private community group.
10. Code of Conduct
All participants are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and sportsmanlike manner at all times. The organizers reserve the right to remove any participant from the challenge, without refund, for behavior deemed disruptive, abusive, threatening, or otherwise inappropriate toward any coach, trainer, staff member, or fellow participant.
11. Media Release
By participating in The HALO Challenge, you grant The District AC and The HALO Challenge the irrevocable right to use your name, likeness, photographs, videos, and testimonials for promotional, marketing, and social media purposes without additional compensation, unless you provide written notice of objection prior to the start of the challenge.
12. Indemnification
Participant agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Released Parties from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to: (a) Participant's participation in the challenge; (b) Participant's breach of these Terms; or (c) Participant's violation of any applicable law or the rights of a third party.
13. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the applicable jurisdiction in which The District AC operates. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration rather than litigation in court.
14. Modifications
The HALO Challenge reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued participation following notice of any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
